"We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great pool which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. " Hotel itself from the street is looking good. Rooms could do with an update. Staff is really friendly and helpfull. Next to the sea which is quite handy as only 2min walk and swimming in the sea. Swimming poole is clean. All good. Need to chech air con as some rooms it did not work. Overall good location "
