"This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. "

"I was here last time in 2006. Remains a very good hotel on the beach. However, few guests due to Covid 19 pandemic. The rooms are spacious with good aircon, fridge, toiletries, and large king sized bed. Only issue can be doors banging at night-time but there are many signs asking people to be quiet."

"Really poor service – manager had no idea we had made the reservation through Hotels.com or what Hotels.com even is… It took a hour of the manager calling someone outside the hotel and looking at the reservation confirmation ion my phone before we were able to check in. The room was really dirty and I feel I have pretty low standards. There were quite a few hairballs in the room and in the bathroom. Hotels.com reservation said the room included airport transport. "The fridge and the TV in room didn't work, the pool was green, the bar photographed on their web site is closed and has mould growing up all the the walls. We had to sweep many cigarette butts away from the landing outside our front door, most of the pot plants around the property have long been dead, I could go with more on but you get the picture."

"Have stayed here on many previous occasions and keep coming back. This occasion was marred by music on the beach side of the property which did not stop until past midnight. "Check-in not impressing. They had a paper copy of my booking, but didn't know that I had already paid for the stay. Breakfast was not very exiting. Most bowls were almost empty, and it was random which guests was asked they wanted omelet/eggs/beans. I wasn't asked at all. The room had no window. Aircon was good, but I had sweaty motorcycle clothes in the room, so not good enough to clean/dry the air. No hangers makes the closet useless. They didn't see, that my booking was for 3...
