" Hotel itself from the street is looking good. Rooms could do with an update. Staff is really friendly and helpfull. Next to the sea which is quite handy as only 2min walk and swimming in the sea. Swimming poole is clean. All good. Need to chech air con as some rooms it did not work. Overall good location "

The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. "The place is in good location. The room wasn't super clean, staff is nice but not very attentive, could benefit from more training. Overall the place seems run down and not taken care off. Big cockroach also visited my bedroom. The balcony doors are very hard to open and close. Overall I think place needs to be managed better. "

"We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great pool which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The rooms were well kept and clean! Thank you!"
