"Really poor service – manager had no idea we had made the reservation through Hotels.com or what Hotels.com even is… It took a hour of the manager calling someone outside the hotel and looking at the reservation confirmation ion my phone before we were able to check in. The room was really dirty and I feel I have pretty low standards. There were quite a few hairballs in the room and in the bathroom. Hotels.com reservation said the room included airport transport. "This hotel had great staff, a very nice pool overlooking the beach and another pool facing the dining area. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning and a good selection of food for breakfast. The beach was very quiet in November and nice to walk along. "

"The fridge and the TV in room didn't work, the pool was green, the bar photographed on their web site is closed and has mould growing up all the the walls. We had to sweep many cigarette butts away from the landing outside our front door, most of the pot plants around the property have long been dead, I could go with more on but you get the picture."
