"Decent quality 3 star hotel on negombo seafront. Nice garden facing the beach and great views of sunsets. Guests were a mixed crowd of locals and foreign tourists. Check in process was slow and inefficient. Staff seemed to struggle to process a group booking ahead of us and told us to wait. This took more than half hour. "We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great pool which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The rooms were well kept and clean! Thank you!"

"Check-in not impressing. They had a paper copy of my booking, but didn't know that I had already paid for the stay. Breakfast was not very exiting. Most bowls were almost empty, and it was random which guests was asked they wanted omelet/eggs/beans. I wasn't asked at all. The room had no window. "Lovely hosts giving you a truely personal experience. Access to next hotel's pool is a nice touch. The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. Be aware of beach salesmen. Would recommend this hotel."
