"The shuttle services from & to airport was convenient but hotel needs to know the correct location to let guests know where to meet the shuttle (the incorrect floor number was given and confusing - meaning, there is no 2nd floor in Terminal E) it's either 1st or 3rd floor and ended up being on 3rd floor, out door 203. "

"I have a disability and they gave me a room close to the front door and on the first floor, when I said stairs are hard for me. They were so accommodating to me and so nice. It was so warm on such a cold day! Super clean rooms and very warm, good indoor pool. "

"Dan's the man for late checkin. The front desk were nice to me, could checkout at 12. Its a safe building with those electromagnetic cards to go up the elevator and into your room. Its across the street from a bargin grocery store, and shopping plaza near a dollar tree. Its not fancy hotel, but its worth it. I love how it looks outside all lit up and its adjacent to a Cantina. No breakfast or pool, but all was comfortable enough. I slept well and I was happy with the value, which was important this time around. Dont expect too much. It's a good resting spot 😌 clean and respectful. They listened to past reviews and the elevator works, the water is hot (let it run more at night) and they dont bother you. I was grateful and it was worth it. They have black out drapes too! :) Thanks everyone at Red Roof Inn 😀 "
