"I had to bring my dog for emergency treatment at a veterinary hospital in Woburn from New York. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating with check in/check out and adjusting it to help me with a changing schedule, being from out of state, and during a very stressful time. If I ever find myself in Woburn again, I will definitely stay here!"

Staff on the front desk lacked customer service training, but everything else and even the cleaning crew were excellent.
