"Initially, I hesitated because of the negative reviews, but I decided to give it a try. The room (702) and the hotel, in general, were very clean. The staff were friendly. Everything in the room worked properly, including the safe box, fridge, television, and more. Transportation is very convenient as the hotel is located on the E-5 main road, and the metrobus station is almost directly in front of the hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is also safe. "There is nothing that I liked, even my 11 years old she told me that the hotel should not deserve 4 stars I don't know why they rated as 4 stars, it's not more than 2 stars , from the beginning the receptionist doesn't speak English, the service is not professional and the workers are not professional at all, most of them are rude and not friendly.
