My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to our time there, but unfortunately, we ran into an issue that made our stay less enjoyable. When we arrived, we noticed the bed in our room was full of hairs, which was quite unsettling. It gave the impression that the linens hadn’t been properly cleaned, and it made it hard for us to feel comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. To be honest, this was especially frustrating...

"Lovely stay, very clean and friendly staff, the only criticism is the rooms were very hot. When we asked concierge (who was kind)to assist with the temperature they informed us that this was set and we could have the very large wondow open, whilst this helped, This solution due to the height of the room and the size of the window i didnt want to sleep with it wide open (ive been known to sleep walk) It would have been easier to have been able to adjust the controls to around 20 degrees rather...
