Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying the hotel’s bar, restaurant, New York Café, gym, and spa - all of which were exceptional. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance in every area was refined and welcoming. The only minor inconvenience during an otherwise perfect stay was that the sauna was out of order during the entire stay. The room itself was incredibly spacious, featuring a fantastic balcony - undoubtedly one of the finest rooms I’ve stayed in while visiting Budapest. The reception staff were genuinely warm and accommodating, making the entire experience feel personalized. Thoughtful touches, such as in-room champagne, occasional fresh fruit, a complimentary minibar, and a room upgrade, added to the luxurious, five-star experience and made our stay truly unforgettable.
