"Great location and the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The suite wasn't perfect - wifi and hairdryer didn't work at first but they fixed it promptly so it was fine. Our 3 night stay was pleasant overall except for an annoying incident at the breakfast. The toaster wasn't working properly and I brought it to the attention of the staff there. A lady in black uniform was simply rude. Instead of fixing the toaster problem, she talked very impolitely to me and blamed me for misusing...
