"Our stay at this hotel was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Budapest. The seamless connection to the iconic New York Café creates a stunning and memorable atmosphere, with the lobby and shared spaces offering a uniquely elegant and breathtaking setting. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying the hotel’s bar, restaurant, New York Café, gym, and spa - all of which were exceptional. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance in every area was refined and welcoming. The only minor inconvenience during an otherwise perfect stay was that the sauna was out of order during the entire stay. The room itself was incredibly spacious, featuring a fantastic balcony - undoubtedly one of the finest rooms I’ve stayed in while visiting Budapest. The reception staff were genuinely warm and accommodating, making the entire experience feel personalized. Thoughtful touches, such as in-room champagne, occasional fresh fruit, a complimentary minibar, and a room upgrade, added to the luxurious, five-star experience and made our stay truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, this hotel is now one of my top choices whenever I visit Budapest. I cannot recommend it highly enough!"

"I rented a studio unit and it didn’t disappoint. Very roomy and clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located next to New York Cafe, and you can access it from the hotel. The metro stop is on the same block as the hotel, making commuting extra easy. I highly recommend it. "

"This is very well located hotel with friendly and efficient rooms. We especially like teh breakfast for being fresh, healthy, lite and easy to access. The dining area is also bright and nice. We use this hotel often for hosting our business partners and employees together. It's very close to 100E bus from airport, so getting in and out is fast and very inexpensive.. . . . no need for taxi!"

"Beautiful hotel. Great Location. Breakfast delicious and lots of choice. Great Service. The only very small criticism was the cleaning staff left us without toilet paper and when I asked they brought (have to say immediately) only one roll. "

"The hotel was absolutely lovely, incredibly clean, very friendly staff. The rooms were appointed so nicely. In fact it was one of our favorite stays on our trip. The location is convenient. However, it was dirty and unpleasant. It is within a 10 min walk of wonderful shops and restaurants but walking to that area wasn’t nice. "

"I was pleasantly surprised and happy that the room was big enough, beautifully decorated and well equipped. A nice and short stay but really nice, clean and lovely reception staff. I came in way early before check in but I’m assuming because it wasn’t so packed, they allowed me go in early. "

The only problem was that the staff members were quite rude and instead of trying to help with the breakfast situation that we had there, they told us just to leave and didn’t give us a chance to buy breakfast"
