"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "

"Friendly front desk, very comfortable room and bed. Only thing that could be improved was that the mini fridge was in an awkward spot and you had to basically crawl on the floor to get to it, but maybe it’s because the king suite in the corner room was set up differently than other rooms? Idk, but I’d stay here again."
