"Our stay at Sea'Ya was phenomenal. Communication pre-arrival was excellent and check-in was smooth. Our hosts, Maria and Antonio, thoughtfully put out toys for the children (3 year old and 6 months old) already, so they went straight to play. What a welcome! The apartments are beautifully furnished, have all the amenities you might need, and work just so well for young families. "I loved the property, but the staff were wonderful!. If you are looking for a super polished tourist neighborhood, this is not for you. The area is a real city and looks like a real city, not a tourist area. There is grafitti on buildings. That said, the local people are wonderful and helpful, the area felt safe and is absolutely walkable. The food is great and the staff will point you in the direction of great food, even making your reservations if need be. The breakfast meal is wonderful, and I looked forward to sitting in the cafe and planning my day. The room I had was wonderful with high ceilings, plenty of room and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment, especially if you want to be close to the train or bus station. I will be staying here again, hopefully."

"The hotel has a newly renovated antique feeling. Our room was big, nicely illuminated by 2 big windows, with beautiful view. The bed lamps were LED with changeable color and USB plug. The bath looked newly renovated with an antique vanity. 10 min walk to old town. 30 min walk to Pena castle. Big private parking. The breakfast room was big, with big windows with nice view over the city. Many transportation availability (bus, taxi, Uber). Nice and friendly staff."

"The hotel is a great location, you are able to park and easily Uber or walk to wherever you need to go without the hassle of trying to find parking in town. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the breakfast was very good, and we were greeted by peacocks at the front door, to the delight of our daughter. "
