Everything was great , staff was excellent, new bldg, for the money it was pretty good! One negative I had was they have no cooks at all n they microwave the food. Other than that I’d give it 2 1/2 stars

Affordable hotel on outskirts of Sintra
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We arrived super early to see if we could have luggage storage but surprised to be able to check in early so big bonus and thanks. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Bus stop within 2 minutes of hotel (we had a car so didn’t use but considered taking into Sintra to avoid hunting for parking). They do offer breakfast (we didn’t use) and have a bar/restaurant available. The only negative was they didn’t have a small fridge or microwave in room but reception did heat some items for me that I bought from a local grocery. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free parking up top and if full can pay 3 euro to use underneath parking. Easy access to highway to see the sites we visited! Would stay here again.

The staff here are AMAZING. The hotel has a great vibe and the friendly staff made us feel like real guests. My only complaints are the air conditioning in the our room never worked and there was an odd smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. We did ask someone at the front desk to help with AC our first night, it did seem to help for that night but after it returned to not functioning. Thankfully our last two nights were a bit colder outside.

It was an ok hotel. Really far from Lisbon city center. If you take the bus to Lisboa, it will take 1.5 hrs. I would spend more money and stay at city center so you don’t have to worry about transportation.

Front desk was helpful and efficient. The breakfast was averages but pricey. The mattress was comfortable but covered with a plastic liner which made me feel hot and sweaty. I understand the need for the plastic but it wasn’t comfortable.
