"Very smooth process for entry and departure. Everything was great quality, including the cookware! Hard to find pots and pans that are great to use in a rental. The screened in porch was used more than anything I think. Ample beach chairs, a wagon, and two Shibumi shades for the beach!! Will definitely stay here again. "

"If you are out to enjoy a good neighborhood and outdoor activities,- it is a perfect spot to be! House interior and study of supplies were very lovely. Unfortunately, we vacationed at the property at the hurricane time and mostly stayed inside. Strong smell of the mold was unevitable."

"Wonderful quiet area and beautiful scenery. Great view of the ocean plus a really short walk to the beach. Cute beach cottage. My son and his family stayed as we overflowed this year. Kellie was very accommodating and allows dogs which is great! She gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. It was a really great location and stay. Had just the right amount of room for my son and his family . Thx Kellie for being a great host! Back in Minnesota now oddly warm but no ocean. "

We realize that everyone is getting back to work and jobs after the Pandemic and there are I am sure staff shortages, however, the cleanliness was noticeably lacking. "We had some maintenance issues pop up with the house this time but the property managers were extremely responsive and prompt in fixing them. The house is lovely and well-stocked with everything needed for a week away. I loved it that management gave us extra towels when we needed them. "Really good experience; great layout for meals and conversation for nine people. The property needs a bit of TLC, but nothing that hindered our stay. One cabinet door was off hinges. Table lamps needed for both sides of king beds; things like that, trivets and hotpads to protect the table, new or sharpened knives. If you aren't cooking much, these things won't bother you at all. The short walk to the beach on wooden path was wonderful to protect from sand spurs. Lovely stay."

"We had a wonderful experience. There were two families that stayed and the room layout allowed for each set of parents have their own master along with the kids having rooms. Kitchen layout was perfect and the view from the top level office made for a great place to remote work a few days. Awesome TV in the media room! We had to call maintenance for a lock on a door that was a problem. They came right out and were able to get it resolved quickly. We had a great stay at this location."
