"We had seven adults staying here. The house is centrally located and just minutes to food and groceries. The house was clean and well stocked. The owner was very easy to contact and responded immediately to any questions. We all loved the house and would stay again! "

"Wonderful quiet area and beautiful scenery. Great view of the ocean plus a really short walk to the beach. Cute beach cottage. My son and his family stayed as we overflowed this year. Kellie was very accommodating and allows dogs which is great! She gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. It was a really great location and stay. Had just the right amount of room for my son and his family . Thx Kellie for being a great host! Back in Minnesota now oddly warm but no ocean. "

"The house was splendid for our family. We had five adults, a 12 year old, and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room, the mutual space was great. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfy living room. I would have liked more towels, toilet paper, etc. We only got one towel per person, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay it would have been helpful to have more. "Very smooth process for entry and departure. Everything was great quality, including the cookware! Hard to find pots and pans that are great to use in a rental. The screened in porch was used more than anything I think. Ample beach chairs, a wagon, and two Shibumi shades for the beach!! Will definitely stay here again. "

"We had some maintenance issues pop up with the house this time but the property managers were extremely responsive and prompt in fixing them. The house is lovely and well-stocked with everything needed for a week away. I loved it that management gave us extra towels when we needed them. The golf cart is fun and makes getting to the beach a breeze. Our family enjoyed the board games. One request: please get a pool heater :)"

"Have vacationed in the outer banks and Carolinas for 30+ years. Overall the home is in an excellent location with a nice size private pool. But I can say I would not rent again. The cleanliness of the home was not up to standards we cleaned our own bathrooms upon arrival. "We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. G ot the tail end of Hurricane Helene and were high and dry. The beach is lovely. I had for gotten how much I enjoy Atlantic beaches. There is also a pool for those who don't want sand between their toes! The unit was well stocked and had everything you would need to cook a meal. I hope to come back to Emerald Isle!"
