"Host Andrew ,was amazing supplying details and the rental was above and beyond what we expected. it was the most precious home with wonderful appointed amenities not to mention impeccable cleanliness. It was definitely a GEM!!!!! We will inquire again in the very near future as well as other family members for future visits to see our daughter and military husband. "

"Wonderful quiet area and beautiful scenery. Great view of the ocean plus a really short walk to the beach. Cute beach cottage. My son and his family stayed as we overflowed this year. Kellie was very accommodating and allows dogs which is great! She gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. It was a really great location and stay. Had just the right amount of room for my son and his family . Thx Kellie for being a great host! Back in Minnesota now oddly warm but no ocean. "

"The house was splendid for our family. We had five adults, a 12 year old, and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room, the mutual space was great. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfy living room. I would have liked more towels, toilet paper, etc. We only got one towel per person, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay it would have been helpful to have more. "If you are out to enjoy a good neighborhood and outdoor activities,- it is a perfect spot to be! House interior and study of supplies were very lovely. Unfortunately, we vacationed at the property at the hurricane time and mostly stayed inside. Strong smell of the mold was unevitable."

"Very smooth process for entry and departure. Everything was great quality, including the cookware! Hard to find pots and pans that are great to use in a rental. The screened in porch was used more than anything I think. Ample beach chairs, a wagon, and two Shibumi shades for the beach!! Will definitely stay here again. "

"The cottage is as advertised- clean and cute. The property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. Wifi was fine. Two suggestions for others - use the back door to access the cottage as the sliding door lock is challenging. Also, if you need a quiet location to sleep please know that the Heat/AC split unit is very loud and turns on and off every 10 minutes or so. It woke me multiple times and also made TV hard to hear and conversations challenging. This may not bother others."

"We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. "
