"We had seven adults staying here. The house is centrally located and just minutes to food and groceries. The house was clean and well stocked. The owner was very easy to contact and responded immediately to any questions. We all loved the house and would stay again! "

"Wonderful quiet area and beautiful scenery. Great view of the ocean plus a really short walk to the beach. Cute beach cottage. My son and his family stayed as we overflowed this year. Kellie was very accommodating and allows dogs which is great! She gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. It was a really great location and stay. Had just the right amount of room for my son and his family . Thx Kellie for being a great host! Back in Minnesota now oddly warm but no ocean. "

"The house was splendid for our family. We had five adults, a 12 year old, and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room, the mutual space was great. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfy living room. I would have liked more towels, toilet paper, etc. We only got one towel per person, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay it would have been helpful to have more. "Really enjoyed our stay. Hubby and I stayed 5 days with our two little dogs. Everyone enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the host was very accommodating. "We had some maintenance issues pop up with the house this time but the property managers were extremely responsive and prompt in fixing them. The house is lovely and well-stocked with everything needed for a week away. I loved it that management gave us extra towels when we needed them. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. "
