"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"It was perfect, I felt comfortable and relaxed like at home. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area has a beautiful view to the Matterhorn. There is also a sauna and a steam sauna available, which is nice to use, especially in this cold weather. Also the room and the hotel were very clean. "Stayed one night here, after 2 nights at the nearby Hotel Parnass. Parnass was much less expensive and a better value. Had a much larger room at Banhof, but unlike Parnass there was no free breakfast (Parnass has a large and excellent breakfast buffet). Also, my shower had a slow drain and very quickly was standing in a couple of inches of water while showering. Otherwise, very comfortable and convenient.
