"This was a return visit. Check in was easy via attentive Reception staff. We found our way to our room which required physical key as well as the key card. The room was much larger than expected but very acceptable. The beds were very comfortable. The heating was eventually controlled. In all we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. "This was an impromptu trip to London for my wife, son and I. The staff at the Clermont were fantastic and the hotel was great. The location was convenient to get around London. We were within walking distance of Buckingham, Westminster and Parliament. If we needed to take the Underground, the Victoria, Central and District lines were right there. The hotel has an entrance from Victoria station if needed. The walk to Piccadilly and Leicester is easy, so getting around is simple. Maybe not a ton of places to eat out nearby, but the restaurant in the hotel is good and there are a few places nearby that are good to eat. We kept going back to the Gail’s Bakery on Buckingham Palace road for breakfast, but the English Rose around the corner was cute and good too. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in London. "
