The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was amazing—always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was fantastic, and the overall vibe of the hotel was great. "We had a great stay. The front desk was amazing. Proximity to MSG was phenomenal for the concert. All the staff was pleasant and very helpful. We also enjoyed the Tick Tock diner, great food. The rooms were very clean and neat. The balcony was amazing with a great view. If youre ever going to to a concert at MSG this is the place to stay. 1 block away from the venue. Will definitely stay again."

"Our experience with Tempo was outstanding. Since it's relatively new, I had some questions. The food area was one area, but it worked out well for breakfast every day, and the staff was great. I loved the location. I've been to NYC many times, and my wife and I were celebrating a major event. It was an easy walk to the theaters, and we never had a problem getting cabs. I like the relaxed atmosphere of the dining room, and meeting people proved very enjoyable. The front desk personnel were always welcoming and friendly. I used the W in past years, but we took a chance on Tempo and were wonderfully rewarded. Thanks for a great stay. "
