"Made a mistake booking this place. Place was not ready until 10pm when checkin was supposed to be 4pm. Even after late checkin, the place was still horrible, dirty (floors and bedsheets) and stinky (wreaks of cigarette or drug odor). Host had leftover junk cars in driveway and yard - barely room to park vehicle. Had animals (peacocks) making outside noises all night. The host was not responsive or accomodating at all. Almost as if this is their first time renting it out or dont give a damn about...

The pool is great. Nice neighborhood not to far from everything and free parking. The hosts are responsive and helpful I highly recommend staying here"

"Beautiful property. Decor was elegant and the kitchen was gorgeous. Backyard was exceptional. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels etc…. For our party of 14. "Booked this last minute for a much needed staycation with my wife, planned on using the spa and gym but when I realized it was walking distance to Vizcaya that was no brainer. Planned to grill or use the brick oven but when I realized Monty's was also walking distance (ubered back :) oysters and sunsets won! I pretty much just used the house as an oversized hotel room. "My friends and I had a very good experience at this property, but for the very high price, we expected more and were disappointed by a few elements. The kitchen was not at all properly stocked for a house that sleeps 10 - one pan, only 4 mugs, no cutting boards, etc. A nice sized kitchen, but bare cabinets so it was very difficult to cook. Also, there were no hand towels for bathrooms. The hot tub was broken when we checked in, but they did send someone to fix it our first night. Overall, a good...

"First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower...
