"We had 8 in our group, ranging from age 6 up to 72. This was a great house for our whole family! Lots to do in Coral Gables, and it’s an easy jaunt to downtown Miami as well. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owner included so many thoughtful little extras, including sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, and even disposable slippers. The well-stocked coffee bar in the kitchen was much appreciated by the coffee lovers in our group. But the real star of this property was the dreamy backyard...

"First let me say the pictures on the ad are not the same place on the ad second found it weird there were no knives to be found in the kitchenand light bulbs were out which my family replaced while there.Upstairs room don't have cooling tho there are fans with no remote receive"

"The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

"The property manager made the entire stay so pleasant and responded to all requests timely. The house accommodated 8 couples."

"Rented house for multiple days to shelter my husband, a nanny, and our kids. Great location for kids that had half-day of online school as the backyard is well equipped with a pool, ping-ping table, etc. House manager removed a painting we disliked quickly and without fuss. The house was perfect for us. Would rent again."

"Our stay was just what we needed. We were in town to see family and needed more space and activities for everyone. The pool was perfect. The house is nicely laid out and the location, although near a busy street, was quiet. Melissa was very responsive to the few things we were missing and her team was quick to get us them to us. She allowed us to check in early which I think is why we were missing a few small things. Overall very nice stay and a very nice host :)"

"The house is tastefully done, the host is very communicative, the location is superb, the street is quiet, the showers/bathrooms/pool are all amazing. Highly recommend."

"First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower...

"Big apartment and it accommodated our family. But there was some scuffs and scratches everywhere. Some furniture looked banged up . And the neighborhood was ok. We loved the fact that we were 10 minutes from Brickell"
