Claudia, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. "We had 8 in our group, ranging from age 6 up to 72. This was a great house for our whole family! Lots to do in Coral Gables, and it’s an easy jaunt to downtown Miami as well. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owner included so many thoughtful little extras, including sunscreen, bug spray, toiletries, and even disposable slippers. The well-stocked coffee bar in the kitchen was much appreciated by the coffee lovers in our group. But the real star of this property was the dreamy backyard...

"I highly recommend any property by Matt and his team. We didn’t stay at this property, so I can’t speak directly to this house. We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher. "My friends and I had a very good experience at this property, but for the very high price, we expected more and were disappointed by a few elements. The kitchen was not at all properly stocked for a house that sleeps 10 - one pan, only 4 mugs, no cutting boards, etc. A nice sized kitchen, but bare cabinets so it was very difficult to cook. "We stayed here as part of an 80th birthday celebration and attended the NASCAR race. The property is beautiful and exactly as described. A short ride to the track and even shorter for whatever you might need. The pool was fantastic and along with all the games provided by the hosts it felt more like a resort. The hosts were incredible, we contacted them a handful of times for things like additional trash cans, and general questions. They were super responsive and helpful. Truly a pleasure...

"First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower...
