The doors were unsecured—anyone from the outside could open them without a keycard. The evening staff that received us was unhelpful when we explained habituation. The hotel advertised services that have been discontinued 6 months ago. Ultimately we decided we needed to leave for our safety after the security concerned was not addressed. The evening staff made it challenging to do so. It took us nearly 3 hours with customer service and hotel staff to get a refund. Overall they seemed disorganized and unequipped to take care of guests.

I did not like that the safety was locked and could not open. when they finally got it open they left a pair of sneaker and smelled. then the safety did not work after that. Also the fact that there were women working/staying in the hotels. they tried to allure my husband into go with them to a room for services.
