2nd time staying at this hotel. Really close to all the shopping and nightlife of Brickell. We had 3 rooms on this trip but for some reason 1 of the rooms didn’t get cleaned during our stay. This was after repeatedly asking reception and being told it would.

Property was clean and our room was kept tidy daily by housekeeping. Did however had a mix up with the room which we booked but Daniel at the Front Desk Quickly sorted that out. Only downside is you could hear every Siren of every Police car, Ambulance, Fire Truck so it’s a bit noisy but it was an ok stay.

Hotel was an average room in a decent area but staff wasn’t very helpful never answered the phone at front desk and had no idea what I meant when I asked for the bell desk to leave my bags I was told I would get a text when my room was ready which I never received and didn’t allow a late check out
