"Hotels.com screwed up our reservation that we paid for but the hotel never received. The staff was cordial and allowed us to have the rooms as they waited 2 days for Hotel.com approval. We were evacuating hurricane Milton and were lucky to reserve these rooms. We did not like the anxiety caused by this hotels.com error."

"Horrible! When I arrived I was told that I didn’t have a reservation and I showed him the reservation on my phone and he still told me that I didn’t have one and walked away from the window! Talk about rude! I had to go out to my car and find another hotel to go to at 8:30 - 9:00 pm! I was not happy and neither was my husband! "

"The property was nice and clean and had spacious rooms. The only thing that was bothering me was the parking garage it was hard to park your car in there and it’s hard to get out of the car because of the walls around the parking spots "
