"The location was excellent- 10min walk (not 4min, as advertised) to the beach, 10 min walk to Win Dixie grocery store and closest restaurants. Very safe and beautiful area. The property however (unit 203) needs some fixing and updating. Very old appliances, peeling paint, rusty sink in the bathroom, ants in the house, toilet water constantly running in master bathroom, bare minimum when it comes to kitchen utensils. "The apartment is in a good location and the roomare spacious. Comfortable beds. Minor problems: there’s not enough pots and pans to cook, there was no microwave oven in our room and no baking trays use in the oven."

"I have lost count of how many times we have stayed in this property (I am a former local and we appreciate the quieter, family friendly area) and this is my very favorite unit of them all. The layout is perfect for our family of 4 and I feel like the views have more to look at than the straight ocean views. Host answered questions right away. Would love to stay again."
