"An excellent stay."

"Staff & food was great in the dining area where visited . The apartment the balcony door lock was not locking the lock was falling apart . The shower drain was clog despite reporting it to the staff on the first day of our stay,, no one did anything about our complains. The room had roaches running around needed to be sprayed these issued management need to take more serious and hold these maintenance crew responsible if u guys want to be one of the top resort in DR"

"Hotel was amazing, however somehow transportation back to the airport was not available through Expedia. Hotel did not offer any transportation nor did Expedia. Had to pay out of pocket for a private cab. "

"My husband and I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary and after watching so many different videos we went with Ocean el Faro and it did not disappoint, from the very beginning even before stepping foot in the resort I was contacted by the guest experience specialist Carlos Carter who was of great help with my first reservations and very attentive after we arrived making sure we had the best experience and we did the food delicious the service was excellent our waiter in the buffet Gabriel was so professional and nice our housekeeper was the best Yahaira she made our room looked so amazing and very clean every day overall we had a great time we had so much fun very much recommend!
