"My friends and I had an amazing time here the staff was absolutely amazing. The welcome at Live aqua was absolutely refreshing. Upon your arrival you are seated in the aqua lounge where you are served any beverage of your choice, then you are greeted by the spa team, which gives you a very relaxing hand massage. The Buttler service is on point. Butler service comes with the swim up rooms. We had two butlers Ishmael and Pedro. They were amazing. The bar in the aqua lounge serves top shelf liquor. The bartenders are absolutely observant, and will remember your orders. There are several bartenders all amazing but the one that served us the most was Rouse she was absolutely a gem. I would definitely recommend Live aqua. "

"My teenagers and I had a wonderful stay here. What made it very nice was our personal concierge, Jose. Anytime we needed anything, we just sent him a text and we received what we needed within minutes. He took care of all of our dining reservations, anything we needed for the room – extra bottled water or towels, and arranged for a convenient check out. If you stay here, be sure to request Jose! He was very professional, friendly and attentive."

"Excellent! Highly recommended. Staff was amazing. Marcelo was great. There was definitely some misunderstanding on the price for extending the stay. I'll have to chalk that one up as my fault for not confirming. Always have it written down as language barriers can create a $400 difference. With that said, I still stayed an extra day and paid for a 1 way ticket back. That tells you it was worth it. "

"My stay at nickelodeon was amazing when I think about the food, activities and almost anything. EXCEPT for the prestige travelers thing, its a ponzi/phishing scheme so try to avoid any talk or something about that. Just say you have stomach ache or something because they will try to sell you a timeshare ponzi thing and ruin your vacations. Everything except that was perfect!"
