"Normally I don’t write reviews. However, due to the impeccable service of our butler Jose Miguel Jimenez I feel compelled to. My wife and I stayed on the El Beso side of the resort for one week. Jose was there for our every need. Even to the point of coming up to us to see if we needed anything when he saw us out enjoying the resort. On our last evening there he set up a romantic dinner for us since we were there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. First Class Service!!!!! "

"The resort isn’t to large so it is easy to get around the property with children. Plenty of entertainment. The food was delicious! The resort was extremely cleaned and kept up with. We would totally stay again. "

"The staff are amazing at this resort! We especially loved our wait/kitchen staff Wilton’s, Maria, Yueri, Emmanuel, Daniel, Kerley, Nathaniel, and Marcus. Our wonderful entertainment team, specifically Genna and Alfred. The resort is beautiful and there are staff cleaning 24/7 all anround the resort. Everything is easily accessible and there are beautiful views no matter where you explore on the resort. The food and drinks were amazing, and each bar was adequately staffed. Each meal served provided a huge variety of foods, and highlighted many different cultures. The Al carte meals were incredible!!! The entertainment team had different activities and performances each night. We have enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future! ❤️ "

"We were looking to go to Punta Cana when this property caught our eye. We didn't realize when we booked that it was 90 minutes from Punta Cana, but what a blessing. This place was a perfect choice for our relaxing getaway. There are many wonderful accolades I can share, but I will start with the staff. They are AMAZING. Everyone is extremely friendly and attentive. We were here early in their opening so not all of the restaurants were open but there plenty of options and most of the food was quite good. The beach was beautiful with soft sand, gentle waves and warm water (And they serve you on the beach). It's a big world so I rarely return to a location, but I'm planning to return here next month!"
