Pleasant property. Staff was kind enough. Clean, safe property. I would bring my family here. Grateful to have arrived during “happy hour” w/free food & drink available. (Was peckish after the drive!) A bit loud, but it is by an airport. All in all, happy with the experience.

I always stay at Hawthorne because it's so close to the airport and they provide a shuttle. They also have an excellent breakfast and got coffee hours before they serve breakfast. The check in was quick and easy and service is always nice. I recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I look forward to my next visit to El Paso.

Nearly all of the vending machines were empty except for the one at the front desk. The was no hot water in my room. Not mildly warm, but no actual hot water at all. Not the worst thing, however at a price of $100 one would expect hot water for a shower.
