Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was showing its age a bit with a little wear and tear on the ceiling, but everything was kept really clean. They have area shuttle service and the room had a full-size fridge, microwave, and stove top, all of which were very convenient. Overall, had a fine stay!

The appliances have started to look run down. Cracks on the sink, hot water on cold and cold water on hot, insufficiently clean, etc. It is clear that this hotel is not sufficiently staffed, and like in many other budget hotels in El Paso, this can be reflected in the quality

Staff was so kind, security drove me to airport when i needed to leave sooner than I thought. Food and staff at resturant were great. Bed mattress was not very good and I didnt have hot water for morning shower, only luke warm.
