"The landlord was horrible. She tried to get more money out of me, & when I didn't pay her anymore money, When I was away, she removed all of my things out of the room & locked me out. I had about 7 more days left in the property. Who do I contact about a refund? "

"The room is spacious and was very clean. But, the bedding did not smell fresh. Easy entry using codes. Host was responsive. The front driveway of the property was very dirty. Garbage stacked up against a wall. Lots of noise from vehicles even late at night. I would not recommend for a holiday stay. However, it fit my needs as it is located a short drive from the hospital. "

"Host very welcoming, room clean and suitable for a family of 3. No problems with a shared bathroom. Only a 5 minute walk to the station, and very easy access to Wembley Park (also helps that you go away from the majority of the crowd in the station when leaving 👍). Would stay again."
