"On 3rd party sites I thought I had booked a room inside the main house. Unfortunately I booked a room in one of their garden rooms.i was disappointed. Always book directly with the hotel so you know you're staying at the main house. Ghost tour was great. Everything else wast great."

"Very elegant. Historic. Not modern and up to date but I enjoyed that about it. The hot tub was amazing. The staff were very friendly. Parking available around the hotel so we didn’t have to pay for parking unless we went out. Within walking distance from the French Quarter. Gas station/ convenience store within walking distance. Very peaceful. They offer a tour and history of the property. They offer breakfast. Only issue I encountered was since the furniture is antique, it’s starting to break...

"My mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Terrell house during Mardi Gras in 2025. We stayed for 6 days and 7 nights, so we did a lot of research before we book for a longer stay like this, and we landed on Terrell because of its location, interiors, and included breakfast. "This place was perfect for a friend and I to visit for a weekend. It was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was cute and cozy and had everything we needed. "We were in town for the Sugar Bowl. The property and management team [go Juantia!] were awesome. Super clean and comfortable for a very large party. We also found the management company flexible and easy to work with as our plans changed with the delayed start of the game. Highly recommend."
