"Went to celebrate a family members milestone birthday. Plenty of room for all of us and the pier was terrific. A/C worked great which was a huge plus in sweltering heat. No hot water first day but owner was quick to respond and it was back up and running on day 2. There were tvs in most of the rooms but couldn't find remote controls. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Very close to train tracks so bring earplugs."

"It's technically within walking distance but it is a long walk. It was about a mile walk to Canal street and to Bourbon St. I walk daily and it definitely seemed longer than a mile just because they have so many blocks and the pavement is very uneven so just know its not an easy walk. Other than that, I liked the location & neighborhood and the house itself. I would stay here again. "

"This is a beautifully restored shotgun house. In the front room, you can hear the sounds of New Orleans, but the bedrooms near the back are so quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to WWII Museum, Magazine Street shopping, and Garden District mansions. We love to walk, so we walked to the French Quarter/River as well. It was perfect for us!"

"The cobblestone walkway up to the red door is a great photo opportunity. The house is beautiful with all the little craftsman details. The modern kitchen was done in a very tasteful way that makes it blend perfectly with the rest of the home. Lots of space to spread out and hang out with the family. Designated parking that's not on the street!! The house wasn't cleaned well before our stay but our gracious host refunded my cleaning fee immediately. Super quick response time on communication. "We stayed in this lovely home for a weekend while attending a concert in New Orleans. This place has everything. If you forget something, odds are it will already be there. The antiques throughout the home ate beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need including drinks and snacks. We would stay here again!"

"Over all, it was a wonderful stay. The home is just how it looks in the pictures and fit our needs wonderfully. The home is tucked away a few blocks from all the hustle and bustle but the walk was pleasant and gives you a chance to see some other things the area has to offer. Even with it being so close to the highway it is a quite enough and we felt safe. Lost of room inside the house to kick back and relax and actually feel like home.
