"The home was conveniently located in the city center and close to main attractions in New Orleans. The host was very receptive and responsive to our questions and needs during the stay. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for me and my family to have our own room and privacy. As shared with the host, our main concern was the cleanliness, specifically the bathroom, trash in the yard, and dirty floors. However, we packed our own cleaning supplies. "Family trip to New Orleans. Had a great time and the general location was excellent. The only complaint was that our unit was directly above a busy and at times loud street. The windows are single pane and transmits noise easily. Even people talking on the street. The unit was excellent and exactly what we needed for our family. "

"We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back! There was so much to do even in the neighborhood. Short uber rides everywhere and we even walked back easily from Bourbon street/french quarter when we had a meal we needed to walk off! Our sons are under 21, so in the evenings we enjoyed some family time in the room out back playing darts and pool. "We absolutely loved Joey’s home. We were in NOLA for 5 days on a multi-generational family trip. The house worked so well for the 6 of us and we all so enjoyed ourselves. The location could not have been better, 1/4 block off of Magazine Street. 4 of the 5 nights we walked to dinner at various restaurants, Whole Foods is about a block away, and the two coffee shops were definitely enjoyed by our daughter and husband. "Very easy rental experience. Comfortable half of shotgun home located within easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries and Mardi Gras parades. The owners live on the other side of the home if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again!"

"First impression, a very nice property with nice accomodations. After our first night, we were awoken early due to impolite people using the gym. Water pressure for our shower was great, unfortunately, no hot water. We went to the front desk to see if we could be moved which they accommodated. The second room appeared to be nicer than our first. Although gym noise was less, it was replaced with an extremely loud HVAC system that would wake you from a dead sleep. "The coffee shop was amazing! Large roof top pool (not heated). Very modern and clean inside. Location was PERFECT with the streetcar stop right outside the hotel. Easy walk to the French Quarter with lots of souvenir type shoppes on the way down Canal Street and others. We stayed Tuesday-Thursday right after Mardi Gras and never once felt unsafe or thought Bourbon Street area was "dirty". Everyone at the hotel, streetcar stops, Ubers and businesses we went to were sooooo nice and friendly with lots of tips on things to see and how to save money. Cajon Pride Swamp Tour with Big Joe was amazing--NOT a tourist trap! Blue Oak BBQ was absolutely divine and a gorgeous and easy walk down to the City Park. Then a quick streetcar ride back to this hotel. The alligator bites (half fried and half blackened) and corn dip at Mambos on Bourbon were worth going back to twice in our short stay. Can't wait to go back and stay longer!"

Wonderful Stay

"Very comfortable stay and walking distance to most of the best attractions. The best part was the amenities that were offered. We partook in a free distillery tour as part of the hotels courtesy as well as drink and coffee vouchers. They also gave a sweet little dessert. The price was well worth our stay and next time we can't wait to do the courtesy bike tour. "
