"Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It would be nicer having a sauna or some kind of hamam at his property. The playground are with a ping pong table and some darts is quite poor. Overall lovely charming hotel. But the staff made the difference, Saniye, Nesrin and Zeynep were very comforting and made my stay very enjoyable. "Good location. No parking. It’s an old building but the rooms are big and clean. The receptionist Tochi was very helpful and knows how to speak English. Both telephone inside the room was not working. We told them they said no signal. If u want to call reception u have to go down."

"When we arrived tired from a touring holiday we were offered tea which we eagerly accepted. I believe I booked one room for us as a couple and our son but we were all thrilled when we realised we had a room each (two rooms) AND a lounge which had a balcony overlooking the lake. This made our stay. Breakfast was included and to a high standard. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area."

"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

"Deniz is a wonderful person and the house is a very pleasant place to be. The surrounding area is a mess, but it is really in the center of the city. I can't understand how a city could let this happen, but it is what it is. It isn't cheap compared to some hotels in the area, but for me it was worth it."

"Good properties in Malatya are difficult enough to find online, but MG Hill is a gem of a find, located close to Malatya's bus station. It is a modern, well-designed hotel with good fixtures. Our room has a kitchen counter, microwave, washing machine with good provisions for a longer stay. Pity we are staying only one night! No plates or cutlery though, otherwise perfect."

"Katerina sarayı definitely exceeds expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the beautiful city of Kars. An iconic hotel thoughtfully decorated A perfect balance of comfort and hospitality! All of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. I don’t remember the name of each one of them but they were all professional and nice always ready to help and assist. Miss Melisa, Ebru and Mr Erhan were extremely helpful with everything! Oh not to forget the breakfast was so delicious! What truly sets Katerina Sarayi apart for me is Niko (the cat) and the outstanding service! I may have repeatedly emphasized on the service and hospitality but having stayed in many different hotels around the world I’ve never came across such a beautiful team! Looking forward to go back!
