"Van Life Hotel was very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there. It is clean, quite, in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. The only shortcoming was the air-conditioning which sometimes worked and some other times did not. However, the time I was there it was not so hot and being in upper floors helped with air-conditioning. "

"The hotel is newly built and actually not yet finished. Check in experience was poor, there are no European languages spoken at all and other languages are Turkish and Kurdish, all communications is via google translate. This was slow, tedious and inaccurate. Some of it felt that the staff were poorly trained. They wanted to keep our passports which is irregular and after much deliberation, they agreed to take a photocopy instead. There is no pool (though advertised) and fixtures and fittings...

"First of all i couldn't stay at hotel the fisrt day i been told that they never worked with the hotels.com they didn't get us any room which i booked for my family 3 room I had to go to find another hotel very very bad cause its a busy city not easy to find good hotel last minutes 2.
