"Hotel is for heavy smokers and night life people who likes load music till late nights. I booked for 3 nights to start with and left next day as I could not sleep or breath. BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR 3 nights despite I checked out properly next day. I would never consider this place."

"Lovely hotel with a gorgeous Turkish Hammam and pool in a convenient location. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, with many suggestions on places to explore. Most sites of interest can be accessed within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Perfect stay. I loved everything about Kars Oteli. The building is one of the few remaining old Russian mansions in Kars, my room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful long outside balcony. The bed was superb. The room had a fridge, kettle and coffee machine, also a cafetière. A good breakfast. Most of all Metin Bey was excellent, he found me a Turkish tour (museums, Ani, lake çıldır) for the next day, and helped with every query. He kindly packed me a good breakfast for the doğu...

"Good location. No parking. It’s an old building but the rooms are big and clean. The receptionist Tochi was very helpful and knows how to speak English. Both telephone inside the room was not working. We told them they said no signal. If u want to call reception u have to go down."

"Genel olarak fiyat/performans bir otel diyebilirim. Özellikle tepede olması, pistlere yakınlığı kayak için gelenler için tercih sebebi olabilir. Bizim odamızda felaket bir sigara kokusu vardı, bu sebeple uyuyamadık; ancak ertesi gün oda değiştirmek isteğimizde hemen başka bir oda sundular. Arkadaşlarımızın ise tuvaletleri çok sıkıntılıydı, sifonları bozuk olduğu için zorluk çektiler.
