"The reception team were great and responded to the requests we had. The gas hob in the kitchen wasn't working correctly, we managed it and chose not to move to another apartment shown to us as the one we had was bigger overall and had an oven which we wanted to use to cook meals. There was clothing in the washing machine and the room floor wasn't too clean - nothing major just lowered the overall standard of the hotel."

"I’m a solo American backpacking traveler. For the Turkish price, thus was a great “bang for your buck.” Excellent breakfast. Extremely comfortable spacious room w/very big comfty bed. Good air con, great bathroom & shower facilities. Hotel had a pool. Central location. Staff very cordial, kind & accommodating (& speak English)."

"The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. It's undergoing renovations right now and my guess is that it will be awesome to stay there after they are completed. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking section. The manager did come by to explain that it was due to the ongoing renovations and provided a complimentary gift to us for the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out on anything. We would stay again if I came back to the...

"konakladığım süre boyunca bahçede çok vakit geçirdim. Dinlendirici bir havası var. Akşam olunca ışıklar ile çok güzel bir atmosfer oluyor. İlgi süper, kahvaltı da aynı şekilde. İnanılmaz güzel peynir tabağı vardı. Hamburgerinin bağımlısı oldum. Tek üzgün olduğum nokta alkol fiyatları yüksel geldi bana. "Being in walking distance from shopping centers was the advantage. Disadvantages : 1- Rooms WiFi service in 1st and 2nd floors were terrible during regular day hours. 2- showers took 5 mins to warm a bit 3 - room were too cold in 5th floor and even after waiting for 3-4 hrs it didn’t warm up enough to stay. So we moved to rooms in floors 1 and 2. "

"Van Life Hotel was very nice hotel and I enjoyed my time there. It is clean, quite, in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. The only shortcoming was the air-conditioning which sometimes worked and some other times did not. However, the time I was there it was not so hot and being in upper floors helped with air-conditioning. "
