"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

An iconic hotel thoughtfully decorated A perfect balance of comfort and hospitality! All of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. I don’t remember the name of each one of them but they were all professional and nice always ready to help and assist. Miss Melisa, Ebru and Mr Erhan were extremely helpful with everything! Oh not to forget the breakfast was so delicious! What truly sets Katerina Sarayi apart for me is Niko (the cat) and the outstanding service! I may have repeatedly emphasized on the service and hospitality but having stayed in many different hotels around the world I’ve never came across such a beautiful team! Looking forward to go back! "I’m a solo American backpacking traveler. For the Turkish price, thus was a great “bang for your buck.” Excellent breakfast. Extremely comfortable spacious room w/very big comfty bed. Good air con, great bathroom & shower facilities. Hotel had a pool. Central location. Staff very cordial, kind & accommodating (& speak English)."
