"Excellent costumer service "

"So this hotel is definitely older as there are signs of wear on the walls doors etc but it didn't really detract from the stay. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had asking suite and it was well equipped. Funny enough the hall sound dampening is good. I barely heard anything from the hallway in our room but the outdoor/window sound dampening was pretty terrible. There was an ice storm and while I appreciate that they were snowblowing and salting it...

"Welcoming "

"We stayed for 1 night for a concert. So we checked in and slept. Fast,friendly, clean and affordable. We had a cabin, very cute, they were obviously still in the process of renovations. I would definitely stay again. Check in wasn't until i think 3 but since we were Going to the festival they let us check in at 12 which was super nice of them. "

"Multi-level cabin with ample bedrooms and bathrooms ….four levels with the master on the top level and a walkout basement with a game room on the bottom level. It was pretty cold and snow during our stay so the walkways and stairs to enter the house was a bit of a challenge. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and pool table and took advantage of being close to the Delaware Water Gap for some hiking (although the main road to the park is closed in the winter). It’s rare to find a home with enough beds...
