"We came into town for a Browns game and were thrilled with this hotel. It’s really nice inside, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super friendly and responsive. Our TV remote stopped working and someone fixed the issue in minutes. The lounge area and bar were great. Best of all though is the location - it’s a ten minute walk to the stadium and to the downtown bars and restaurants. There was also a plaza across the street with bars and restaurants as well.
