"The room was okay, it was clean enough just some small issues with caulking in the bathroom. The one thing I really didn’t like was the rudeness of the staff. I accidentally left my hat in my room. I went back to ask if I could go retrieve it after I checked out. They told me it would be a 1-1,11/2 hour wait to go back in the room. I had a flight that morning so I couldn’t wait. I never did get my hat. Was it my fault? Kinda but it doesn’t explain the 1 hour wait time to get into my room… good...
