Nice stay. Had booked 3 rooms for my family and I and definitely for the price enjoyed the nearby stay. I think restroom overall can be updated. Rooms are okay. And only 1 elevator was working during our stay which we would wait for a little longer than usual. Overall it was a nice stay. Food in there was okay would eat there again and tried both the steak shake location and hooters. I think a 4 or 5 star would be for me if they were to update the restrooms.

We check in and the front staff isn’t friendly. We always stay at the OYO but this stay was the worse. Long wait times for the elevator. Had to pay additional for security deposit and more for parking. $300 security deposit is insane!! When the rooms are and building is basically already falling apart. Waiting for my $300 to go back into my account.

Good price for convenient location, less crowd, easy get to the room, room is big and bed is very clean and comfortable. Cab or Uber perfectly get access in front of door, no need to walk to. People work there are very friendly. Only issue is carpet is too old, especially in the room, and some elevator stop working for many days. Overall for this good price this hotel is the best choice.

This property needs desperate updating. There was only 2 elevators working (one was the staff elevator due to the other 2 regular elevators being out of service) and they were extremely slow. There was no hot water, we did request maintenance but either nothing was done or it was not able to be fixed. They did offer to switch rooms after the 2nd time inquiring however we only had one night left and was inconvenient. We ate at the Hooters inside and received AWFUL service and ended up having to cancel a meal for one guest due to never receiving the meal and then after finding someone to tell still waiting an excessive time. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Check in was smooth but the hotel is the old Hooters hotel just renamed. 2 of the main elevators were broken and the ones that were working took long to arrive. Workers on eelevators wanted to cram everyone into elevators. A lamp in the room did not work. One light switch wouldnt turn off unless you pounded on it. Shower was old and dirty. The bathroom sounded like water was dripping but look like it coming from vent. It is an old hotel that needs a lot of work. To top off they charge you a $300 deposit credit only on top of the $50 resort fee. Luckily we did not take a car because based on other reviews they charge $20 a day for parking. Definitely not staying here again. The only plus was the beds were comfortable, we got a goodnight sleep, and it was across from MGM which why we went to Vegas to attend a concert there.

The only thing we liked was that it had a refrigerator and microwave. Elevator tenants were nice. Check in was horrible she was rude. Gave away our reservation so we had to get a different room. Only 1 working elevator on the side we stayed at. Security needs to observe more. A girl was scared because she was being followed and had to come sit with me to feel safe until her party arrived back at the hotel. Our room had chip crumbs on the floor. It was overall the worst experience. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.
