"The room was clean and the beds were comfy. I'm not a smoker so the smoke in the casino area was overwhelming to me. Thats a ME prob not anything on the Hotel. The rest of the rooms/hotel smelled fabulous. Only inconvenience was that 2 elevators were working (1 was the service elevator). Having to wait a little longer was a slight annoyance. Parking was great and I felt safe during my stay. Staff was nice, polite, and helpful."

I was attending an event at another hotel/casino and the staff here was far more friendly than that location, it was also cleaner and all around better! If you don’t care about not having gambling in your hotel and want to stay somewhere that is a $10-15 Lyft ride away most casinos on the strip this is your place! We especially loved the courtyard parade (legit parade) to celebrate the Chinese New Year! "

"I escaped the fires of Southern California. Unfortunately, I had to bring my dogs with me. Even though the hotel is pet friendly, I had to find a dog sitter because they would not allow my dogs to stay with me. It caused inconvenience for me as well as my dogs who were distressed due to the fires we had to experience. I was disappointed by how the front office make me feel stressed about the situation."
