The photos online do not accurately to pick the property. It is a dirty outdated dump. We had cigarette smoke wafting into our room from somewhere. At 7 AM some staff member started power washing the cement outside of our unit. The bathroom is outdated with an old cloth shower curtain. The bedding had been washed, but it had a smell of cigarettes.

Staff was nice and courteous… I understand the why behind not allowing pets or ESA in a somewhat “newly” renovated facility, but thats what a pet deposit or fee is for. BW is known for being pet friendly but not this one. Struggled to find a last minute place for my son and daughter’s ESA since they did not accept pets. And not sure why they refer to them as “false pets”…
