" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "

"Good place for family spending their holiday! Near to underground station and bus station! Walking dustance to different supermarket! Adequate facilities for family stay for a longer time! Facilities like laundry room, gym, in room kitchen and cooking utensils! 24 hours front desk provide necessary support to us! Flexible choice for us to have early check in and late check out! "1 bed apartment shared by 4 people for just one night. It was really clean, with the sofa bed already made up, with plenty of room. Check in was quick, walking distance to tube with shops near by. Joey on reception was very helpful. One recommendatio would be to have a bath mat as bath very slippery when showering. Would definitely stay again."

"This place is amazing! Not only is it trendy, the staff is phenomenal, the room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom, and great amenities. The staff advised us on transportation, restaurants in the vicinity, and made suggestions on things to see. They were kind and very helpful. The 5th floor lounge probably saved us $50 on coffees and water and juice. It’s open all day and night so you pop in and get what you need. There is beer and a wine bar you can use too! "Lovely apartment. Lovely staff who checked us in. Walkable distance to the underground. We wanted a car park space but there weren’t any available. The receptionist said we could park on the street for free as it was weekend, which we were more than happy with. Will definitely stay again. "
