"This is a good hotel that we got for a family in need in the area. They loved it. Of course, this is NOT A HOTEL ! So, level-set your expectations. Overall, the area was quiet and though the place was somewhat old, I saw the staff going out of their way to help. They also took good care of the place, and had the non-smoking rooms separate from the smoking rooms. For the price, this is a good deal ! "

"Friendly staff , would have appreciated the cleaning to be offered daily but I do understand it’s a suite and not a hotel room. I did find a couple of hair in the tub when I arrived but nothing crazy. "

"People would think from the location the hotel it's self wouldn't be any were to stay but the truth is it's very safe,quite, comfortable. Staff well just awesome. Great people. I very much recommend this hotel ."

"Great location for museums and Hermann park. Not many dining options nearby but hotel restaurant was fine. Room was very nice, we had a balcony room. However there was some noise from the public transportation system which runs along the road by the hotel"

"We enjoyed our stay. It was close to NGR Stadium and offered a shuttle. They are doing renovations, so I figure it will be nicer next time we stay. The staff was super friendly!"
