"This little apartment is on the ground floor and was easy for my grandparents to access. It is not super fancy, but it does have your basic amenities for a comfortable stay, including a large soaker bath! My son enjoyed the bath the most. It is actually right next store to a huge Wal-Mart if you forgot, or need anything. My only suggestion would have been a coffee pot for the grandparents. "The condo is nice, conveniently located in Midtown with lovely views of Downtown. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The shampoo and body wash bottles in the tub were empty though. There were a few minor cleaning issues. When we walked in the front door, the great view of downtown from the living room was a letdown. "The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definately book this apartment again."

"The owner has done a great job setting this unit up, but the building is really rough. Serious maintenance issues around: the floor in the hallway is peeling up, one of the fire exits is zip-tied shut (?!?!), and worst of all, an empty unit had a smoke alarm chirping the whole time I was there. The unit owner was unable to get the property management company to resolve that during my four days there."
