"To be honest, I had a load of misgivings about this place, because I only read the reviews AFTER I booked and paid for it! The mixture of 2-stars and 5-stars made it tricky to know what to expect, and there was a lot of trepidation when we rocked up to the gaff. Turns out it was fine. The Chekin website they encourage you to use was an absolute dumpster fire, but thankfully not necessary. We had calls prior to our visit reassuring us that it'd be fine and had an email on the day showing us...

"3 of us stayed in the 3 single bed family room on a room only basis the room was extremely clean with en suite shower room. The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. The room also had doors out to a little patio area overlooking a pool with fish and a lawn beyond."

"Had a very pleasant 1 night stay here. The lady who checked me in (I think her name’s Charlotte?) was super friendly, the check in process was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a really convenient location with lots of shops/cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again!"
