"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. "Great house to stay in with a large group. If you are looking for privacy from family (Honeymoon) this isn't the right place as you can hear everything. However we had a blast and the property is just amazing. We had an issue with one of the showers leaking but thw host was right on it and swnt a plumber asap to try and fix the problem. They were great with communication throughout our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. "
