"Had to leave very early in the morning to catch flight but had no problems, with the concierge handy to open doors. Concert next door but ample bar staff following end of concert. Stayed on 3rd floor, floor boards very creaky not sure if this disturbed people in room below. "

"Very easy access to the check-in area at the north terminal. Literally just 2 mins when you exit the hotel (it's all connected). I had an early flight (6.25am) but continental breakfast was made available from 4am which was a nice touch (main/full breakfast from 6am). Staff were fantastic - friendly and very willing to help. Highly recommended if you have an early morning flight at the north terminal at Gatwick and you don't want to rush in the morning! "
